Eligibility
Items can be returned within 180 days of delivery in the same condition you received them. Used gear is expected to show normal wear consistent with its listing grade.
How to return
Email contact@garlandcamera.store with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label for U.S. orders.
Refunds
Once we inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Exceptions
Custom-cut filters, opened film stock, and final-sale clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
